I am obsessed with it! I had a problem with the seal on the cup but they were extremely helpful and sent a replacement right away. Customer service was really helpful solving my issue. As a heads up, the cup color (sea glass) doesn’t match the bag (getaway bag) color (sea glass). It didn’t bug me too much. I’m still obsessed and would definitely purchase both items
